Don’t worry, duck. The free market will solve your problems. As for now, you pull yourself up by your own bootstraps and you’ll be ok.

What does this mean?
The free market didn’t coat a duck in oil: an irresponsible corporation did. In terms of energy-related disasters, they’ve occurred in societies with no free markets. They’ve occurred in societies that produce their oil on land. They happen in aggressively communist societies. In Venezuela, a country run by one of the world’s most vocal anti-market advocates, oil spills are endemic.
Pull the bootstrap around your mouth, thought criminals.
Oh man, agreed, agreed, agreed. How can one base an environmental disaster around the economic policies of a country. A free-market ideology isn’t seeking to exploit and neglect, it’s based on providing equal exchange of estate at face value.
